A. Upto 5 Large Boxes collected in the Tyneside Area will be charged at £25.00 + VAT

Q. Is the storage area protected by tight security?
A. Yes, we use CCTV surveillance and high security alarm systems.
Q. How do I gain access to my storage containers and is there a charge?
A. There is no charge for minimal or occasional use. Please give notice to avoid any delays
Q. Is there a weight restriction?
A. Due to manual handling legislation boxes should not weigh more than 30kg when carried by two people, or 16kg when handled by one. Care should be taken when packing boxes to allow even distrbution of weight. For further information about manual handling, regulations and lifting techniques please see [www.hse.gov.uk]
Q. I have no idea how long I will need you to store my things for, how can I pay upfront like you ask?
A. Don't worry. We are very flexible and here to help!
You would be charged a monthly amount for the goods stored
(£15.00 min total charge)
this would be payable in advance and invoiced to your home / parents home address.
Any additonal sums still owing on your account would be requested when you collected your goods.

These are tips that our customers have had use for time after time. Please ask us if you have any questions!
General tips:
- Use good quality storage boxes such as those available at our site
- Fill boxes to capacity, partially full or bulging boxes may tip or collapse
- Heavy items should be packed into small boxes so that they are easy to lift
- Label or number boxes for easy reference when you need to locate your goods
- Make up an inventory of your stored items, and calculate their value
- Cover your goods with dust sheets to protect against dust
Fragile goods:
- Protect your fragile goods in bubble wrap
- Dishes and glasses should be wrapped in tissue, paper or bubble wrap before storing
- Pictures and mirrors should be wrapped in mirror boxes, marked fragile and stacked on their end
Outdoor equipment:
- Garden equipment should be cleaned before storage
- Ensure that lawnmower fuel tanks are empty
Furniture:
- Wrap table legs with bubble wrap before storing
- Wardrobe boxes (ask us for availability) allow you to store your clothing on hangers
- Always place a protective cover over soft furnishings
- Do not place heavy items on sofas or mattresses
- Stack chairs seat to seat with cloth or paper to separate them
- Avoid stacking or leaning furniture against outside walls to aid ventilation
White goods:
- Leave refrigerator and freezer doors open for ventilation
Planning storage space:
- Place heavy or bulky items in the unit first to provide a good
stacking base - Plan your storage space - put those items that you need to get to most often near the front, close to the door
- To maximise space, stack similar boxes together
- Protect your fragile goods in bubble wrap
